Guest count must be confirmed 5 business days before the day of the event. If confirmation is not made, the original number of guests specified on the original proposal will be used. If the actual guest count is more than the original planned, the difference will be added.
Menu selections must be confirmed no later than 10 business day prior to the date of the event. If selections are not confirmed, our Event Sales Manager will select items based on our most popular items.
Taxes will be added on the day of the event. Gratuities will be added and may be adjusted according to your overall experience and satisfaction. All tax-exempt event organizations must have their tax-exempt status verified 5 business days before the event.
Room rates include the entire room exclusively for your party/event/gathering. The minimum represents the amount of food and beverage spent to secure the venue privately. Lunchtime room rates are for 3 hours of rental time plus and additional 30 minutes for set-up. Dinner room rates include 5 hours of rental time and an additional 1 hour of set-up. Taxes, rentals and gratuities are not included.

Private rooms are available for groups of 2 to 28 people. Ask your Event Coordinator for room rates and availability.
In order to guarantee the room for your event, a contract must be signed by both parties and an agreed deposit must be paid. To hold a room a deposit of $100 - $500 may be required. This deposit is non-refundable. The deposit will be deducted from the final payment when it is due. Payment in full is to be made before 1 hour before the event begins. Cash or credit are accepted. No personal or business checks.
It is the policy of Big Iron Horse Barbecue and Iron Horse Bourbon Bar to prohibit any food or beverage prepared outside of Big Iron Horse from being served on the premises. In certain circumstances exceptions may be made. These exceptions must be approved by management before the final contract is signed.
